Kansas Statutes Chapter 19. Counties and County Officers § 19-3436. Transfer and delivery of books and records

All files, books, records, papers, documents and data of every kind in any way pertaining to elections and necessary to the proper administration of election and voter registration and now under the jurisdiction and control of the city or school officers or the county clerk in any county to which this act applies shall be transferred and delivered over to the election commissioner appointed hereunder.
