Kansas Statutes Chapter 19. Counties and County Officers § 19-2872. Improvements authorized

The park board shall have authority to make all improvements necessary to any land acquired or leased by it for park or playground purposes to make the park, parks, playground or playgrounds a place of recreation, amusement, enjoyment and relaxation for the inhabitants of the district.
