Kansas Statutes Chapter 19. Counties and County Officers § 19-27,137. Issuance of bonds for public parking facilities in certain counties authorized

To provide funds for the cost of acquisition of the site and for construction of improvements thereon, said board of county commissioners is authorized to issue general obligation bonds of the county in a sum not to exceed $600,000, without an election.
