The treasurer of the museum board shall give bond, in an amount fixed by said board and approved by the board of county commissioners, for the safekeeping and due disbursement of all funds that may come into his hands as such treasurer. Said bond shall be filed with the board of county commissioners. Such treasurer shall keep an accurate record of all moneys received and disbursed by him and make a report thereof to the museum board monthly, or as often as said board shall require.
