The original townsite of Cave Springs located in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of section 8, the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of section 7, the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of section 17 and the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of section 18, all in township 29, range 12, Elk county, Kansas, and the streets and alleys thereof, be, and the same are hereby vacated; and the land upon which said townsite and streets and alleys thereof were located, is hereby restored to its original description under the survey of the United States government for all purposes the same as if it had never been platted for a townsite.
