Kansas Statutes Chapter 19. Counties and County Officers § 19-1211. Previous transfers first entered in numerical index

Whenever such index is procured, it shall be the duty of the register to enter, in their appropriate divisions, before any other entries are made, all the transfers embraced within the instruments recorded in his office, commencing with the first.
