Kansas Statutes Chapter 17. Corporations § 17-4616. Change of location of principal office

A cooperative, upon authorization of its board of trustees or its members, may change the location of its principal office any place within the state of Kansas by filing a certificate reciting such change of principal office, executed by its president or vice-president and attested by its secretary, in the office of the secretary of state.
