The stockholders of any such cooperative corporation shall sign written articles of incorporation which shall contain: The name of the corporation; the names and residence of the persons forming such corporation; the purpose of the organization; the principal place of business; the amount of capital stock; the number of shares and the par value of each share; the number of directors and the names of those selected for the first term; and the time for which the corporation is to continue, not to exceed 50 years.
