Kansas Statutes Chapter 12. Cities and Municipalities § 12-868. Same; combined waterworks and sewage system revenue bonds, when; act supplemental

Any city governed by the provisions of this act having authorized or issued revenue bonds under this act or having authorized or issued waterworks revenue bonds and sewage system revenue bonds under any other authority may, from time to time, without an election, issue its combined waterworks and sewage system revenue bonds pursuant to the provisions of this act in lieu of or in refund of any such revenue bonds previously authorized or issued. The power herein granted to issue bonds shall be supplemental to and not amendatory of the provisions of K.S.A. 10-102.
