Kansas Statutes Chapter 12. Cities and Municipalities § 12-852. Flowage rights to waterworks system intake

All cities of the second and third class which have impounded water, or may hereafter do so, for its waterworks system and public water supply are hereby granted the right to have such water flow down any natural watercourse to its waterworks system intake.
