Kansas Statutes Chapter 12. Cities and Municipalities § 12-825e. Same; inapplicable to certain cities of more than 100,000 population

The provisions of this act shall not apply to cities, the utilities of which are under the management and control of a board of public utilities, as established by chapter 126 of the Laws of Kansas for 1929  1, and all acts and parts of acts amendatory thereof.
