Kansas Statutes Chapter 12. Cities and Municipalities § 12-640. Same; objection to appraiser's report; notice and hearing

At the next meeting, regular or special, of the governing body of said city, after the filing of the report of said appraisers, said governing body shall fix a time and place for the hearing of all objections to the report of said appraisers. Said governing body shall give notice thereof by causing a publication to be published once in the official city paper at least ten days before the date set for said hearing.
