Kansas Statutes Chapter 12. Cities and Municipalities § 12-524a. Homestead rights; continuation after annexation; limitation

When land located outside a city is annexed by such city under K.S.A. 12-521 and 12-521a, and amendments thereto, any homestead rights attributable to such land prior to such annexation shall continue after annexation until such land is sold after annexation.
