Kansas Statutes Chapter 12. Cities and Municipalities § 12-2704. Contracts for management and operation; reports

The joint waterworks system may be managed and operated by a joint operating agency or by one of the contracting municipalities or corporations as the contracting municipalities and corporations shall provide. Any such agreement made shall provide for periodic reports of operations and finances to the participating municipalities and corporations.
