Kansas Statutes Chapter 12. Cities and Municipalities § 12-1668. Same; act not exclusive

Nothing in this act shall prohibit a public agency from issuing temporary notes as provided by K.S.A. 10-123 or otherwise legally financing the cost of a local program and when reimbursed with federal aid paying such notes or crediting the aid to the proper fund.
