Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, “alcohol server” means the following:
(1) A person who works on the licensed premises of a retailer permittee as a:
(A) manager;
(B) bartender;
(C) waiter or a waitress; or
(D) contractor or employee responsible for examining an individual's identification to determine the individual's age, including controlling the entry of individuals to a licensed premises restricted to those individuals at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
(2) A person who works on the licensed premises of a dealer permittee as a:
(A) manager; or
(B) sales clerk.
(3) A person who is the proprietor of or is employed by an art instruction studio under IC 7.1-5-8-4.6 that serves wine brought into the studio by patrons.
