Indiana Code Title 5. State and Local Administration § 5-10.1-2-5

Sec. 5. Payment to the Secretary of Treasury.  The state shall pay to the secretary of the treasury, as prescribed under the Social Security Act,  1 contributions equal to the sum of taxes which would be imposed by the Federal Insurance Contributions Act   2 if the act applied to services covered by the agreement.
