Indiana Code Title 4. State Offices and Administration § 4-31-12-14

Sec. 14. The trainer of a horse that is the winner of a race or from which the judges order a biological sample to be taken shall see that the horse is taken directly to the state testing barn as soon as the race in which the horse competed has been completed.
