Indiana Code Title 36. Local Government § 36-9-27.8-18

Sec. 18. (a) All assessments that are imposed on an owner of property in a subdivision under this chapter but are unpaid constitute a subdivision drain repair lien on the property as provided in section 19 of this chapter.

(b) The priority of a subdivision drain repair lien is established on the date on which the notice of the lien is recorded under section 19 of this chapter.
