Indiana Code Title 36. Local Government § 36-7-4-0.2

Sec. 0.2. Notwithstanding any other law, the amendments and additions made to this chapter by SEA 425-2025 shall not be construed to impair or invalidate a comprehensive plan or zoning ordinance adopted by a local authority (as defined in section 1109 of this chapter).
