Indiana Code Title 36. Local Government § 36-7-2.5-32

<Section effective January 1, 2026.>

Sec. 32. When a private provider submits a complete inspection report is submitted to the unit,   1 the unit shall accept the private provider's inspection report without further inspection or approval by:

(1) the inspectors;  or

(2) other personnel employed by the unit.
