Sec. 10. After a children's museum qualifies to receive financial assistance from a town under this chapter, the board of trustees or the governing body of the children's museum is not required to adopt new resolutions each year. Each original resolution continues and remains in full force and effect until the original resolution is revoked or rescinded by another resolution that is certified and filed under this chapter.
