Indiana Code Title 35. Criminal Law and Procedure § 35-40-6-2

Sec. 2. A prosecuting attorney shall provide that:

(1) victims are treated with dignity, respect, and sensitivity at all stages of the criminal justice process; and

(2) the rights of victims are protected.
