Indiana Code Title 33. Courts and Court Officers § 33-33-2-11

(1) accept a contribution (as defined in IC 3-5-2.1-27) from any political party, political action committee (as defined in IC 3-5-2.1-78), or regular party committee (as defined in IC 3-5-2.1-89);  or

(2) accept more than a total of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) in contributions from all sources to pay expenses connected with the candidate's candidacy.
