Sec. 5.5. The following records of the juvenile court relating to a finding that a child committed an offense that would be a serious violent felony (as defined by IC 35-31.5-2-294) are available without a court order to a law enforcement officer acting within the scope of the officer's duties:
(1) The child's name and age.
(2) The nature of the delinquent act.
(3) The chronological case summary.
(4) Index entries, summonses, warrants, petitions, orders, motions (excluding psychological or child abuse evaluations), decrees, and photographs.
The juvenile court shall cooperate with a law enforcement agency to ensure that these records are accessible from the mobile terminal of a law enforcement officer, and are otherwise available to a law enforcement officer acting within the scope of the officer's duties in a timely manner.
