Sec. 27. The director of the department shall adopt rules necessary to implement Title IV-D of the federal Social Security Act and this chapter. The department shall send a copy of each proposed or adopted rule to the interim study committee on public health, behavioral health, and human services established by IC 2-5-1.3-4 not later than ten (10) days after proposal or adoption.
