Indiana Code Title 31. Family Law and Juvenile Law § 31-25-2-28

Sec. 28. (a) Subject to federal approval, the department may enter into a written agreement with the department of state revenue to transfer the administration of the child support bureau established by IC 31-25-3 and all related duties to the department of state revenue.

(b) If the department receives federal approval and enters into a written agreement with the department of state revenue under subsection (a), the department shall submit a report detailing the agreement to the budget committee within thirty (30) days of entering into the agreement.
