Indiana Code Title 27. Insurance § 27-8-10-3.6

Sec. 3.6.  (a) The association shall approve a mail order or Internet based pharmacy (as defined in IC 25-26-18-1) through which an insured may obtain prescription drugs covered under an association policy.
