Indiana Code Title 25. Professions and Occupations § 25-21.5-7-6

Sec. 6. If the board refuses to issue a certificate of registration to a person who has made a proper application for registration as a professional surveyor, the initial fee prescribed by the board and deposited with the board by the applicant shall be retained by the board as an application fee.
