Sec. 39. (a) Beginning in the 2022-2023 school year, each school corporation and charter high school shall provide:
(1) each student; and
(2) a parent of each student;
of a school corporation or a charter high school who is in grade 12 with a notice regarding the information described in IC 21-18-6-6(b).
(b) Each school corporation and charter high school shall use the model notice prepared by the commission for higher education under IC 21-18-6-6.
(c) A nonpublic high school may provide:
(1) a student; or
(2) the parent of a student;
of a nonpublic school who is in grade 12 with a notice regarding the information described in IC 21-18-6-6(b).
