Sec. 34. (a) As used in this section, “MPH” refers to the management performance hub established by IC 4-3-26-8.
(b) The department, in collaboration with the commission for higher education, the department of workforce development, the governor's workforce cabinet, and the MPH, shall publish on the department's website timely and relevant information about secondary education programs, including:
(1) career and technical education;
(2) the Indiana high school equivalency diploma program under IC 22-4.1-18; and
(3) adult high schools (as defined under IC 20-24-1-2.3).
(c) The information under subsection (b) shall:
(1) include, to the extent possible, information concerning participation, cost, completion, and employment outcomes for the secondary education programs listed in subsection (b)(1) through (b)(3);
(2) use and incorporate existing analyses, dashboards, and other resources of the department, the commission for higher education, the department of workforce development, the governor's workforce cabinet, and the MPH; and
(3) be updated annually.
