Sec. 10. Not later than July 1, 2026, and each July 1 thereafter, the department shall do the following:
(1) Prepare a report that includes information regarding the:
(A) comprehensive career navigation and coaching system implemented and administered under section 4 of this chapter;
(B) amount of grants awarded to each eligible entity under section 6 of this chapter;
(C) career coaching services provided by eligible entities that receive grants under this chapter; and
(D) outcomes from the career coaching services described in clause (C):
(i) during high school, including whether students complete career and technical education courses; and
(ii) upon completion of high school.
(2) Submit the report to the following:
(A) The governor.
(B) The general assembly in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
