Sec. 10. (a) The state department shall establish guidance and standards for health care providers for screening children in Indiana for lead poisoning. When developing the guidance and standards, the state department shall consult with the American Academy of Pediatrics.
(b) The state department shall make the guidance and standards established under subsection (a) available on the state department's Internet web site.
(c) This section expires December 31, 2026.
