Sec. 7. (a) This section applies to an RV campground that is not connected to a public sewer system.
(b) This section applies to an RV campground:
(1) regardless of whether:
(A) all of the RV campsites in the RV campground are independent RV campsites; or
(B) the RV campground includes:
(i) one (1) or more dependent RV campsites; and
(ii) one (1) or more sanitary dumping stations; and
(2) regardless of whether the RV campground is located in a flood plain (as defined in IC 14-8-2-99).
(c) An RV campground may include one (1) or more holding tanks to which wastewater from recreational vehicles is transferred through one (1) or both of the following:
(1) The individual sewer connections of the RV campground's independent RV campsites.
(2) One (1) or more sanitary dumping stations in the RV campground.
A holding tank to which this subsection applies may have a capacity of not more than ten thousand (10,000) gallons.
