Sec. 7. (a) A person responsible for the operation of public water systems shall submit:
(1) samples of water for analysis; and
(2) reports of operation pertaining to the sanitary quality, chemical quality, or adequacy of water supplied by those systems;
that the commissioner requests. The operator certified under IC 13-18-11 must verify under oath the reports of operation.
(b) The reports submitted to the department under subsection (a)(2) shall be submitted electronically unless the commissioner authorizes another method of submitting the reports.
