Sec. 178.5. (a) “Recovered feedstock” means at least one (1) of the following materials that has been processed to be used as feedstock at an advanced recycling facility:
(1) Post-use polymers.
(2) Materials for which the United States Environmental Protection Agency has:
(A) made a nonwaste determination; or
(B) determined to be feedstocks and not solid waste.
(b) “Recovered feedstock” does not include the following:
(1) Unprocessed municipal solid waste.
(2) Material that has been mixed with solid waste or hazardous waste onsite or during processing at an advanced recycling facility.
