Indiana Code Title 12. Human Services § 12-15-2-5

Sec. 5. An individual who:

(1) was receiving assistance payments in the old age assistance, blind assistance, or disabled assistance categories as of December 31, 1973;  and

(2) continues to remain eligible under state laws and rules;

is eligible to receive Medicaid.
