Indiana Code Title 11. Corrections § 11-8-6-2

Sec. 2. The department may grant an exception to section 1 of this chapter if appropriate after considering the general welfare and safety of:

(1) the public;

(2) other persons under its control;

(3) the individual seeking the exception;  and

(4) the family of the individual seeking the exception.
