§ 609. Evasion of disqualifications. An individual shall be ineligible for benefits for any week in which he causes himself to be unavailable for work with intent to avoid any of the disqualifications imposed under the provisions of Sections 601 to 608, inclusive, notwithstanding any provisions of section 500 C to the contrary.
