§ 2900. Money and increments to be sole source of benefits--Non-priority of rights. The moneys payable under this Act, together with increments thereon, shall be the sole and exclusive source for the payment of benefits payable hereunder, and such benefits shall be deemed to be due and payable only to the extent that such moneys payable under this Act with increments thereon, are available.
Nothing in this Act shall be construed to grant any employer or individuals in his service prior claims or rights to the amounts paid by him either on his own behalf or on behalf of such individuals.
