Illinois Statutes Chapter 820. Employment § 405/232. Employment, when director's services not included

§ 232. The term “employment” shall not include services performed by a director of a corporation while acting in the capacity of a director on or for a committee provided for by law, or by charter or by by-laws of the corporation. This Section shall not apply to the services described in Section 211.2.
