§ 2304. Written reports of director's employees as evidence. At any hearing held pursuant to any of the provisions of this Act and in all judicial
proceedings, the written report of any employee of the Director made in the regular
course of the performance of such employee's duties, shall be competent evidence of
the facts therein contained.
