§ 2302. Admissibility of certified copies. A copy of any document or record on file with the Director certified to be a true copy by the Director, or the Commissioner of Unemployment Compensation, under the seal of the Department of Employment Security, shall be admissible in evidence at any hearing conducted pursuant to the provisions of this Act and in all judicial proceedings, in the same manner as are public documents.
