Illinois Statutes Chapter 820. Employment § 405/228. Insurance agent or solicitor on commission basis

§ 228. The term “employment” shall not include services performed by an individual as an insurance agent or insurance solicitor, if all such services performed by such individual are performed for remuneration solely by way of commission.
