§ 213. Each individual performing services for, or assisting in performing the work of, any person in the employment of an employing unit shall be deemed to be employed by such employing unit for all the purposes of this Act, whether such services were procured or were paid for directly by such employing unit or by such person, provided the employing unit had actual or constructive knowledge of the work.
