Illinois Statutes Chapter 820. Employment § 405/211.5. Domestic service

§ 211.5. The term “employment” shall include domestic service after December 31, 1977, in a private home, local college club or local chapter of a college fraternity or sorority performed for an employing unit which paid cash wages of $1,000 or more in any calendar quarter in either the current or preceding calendar year to an individual or individuals employed in such domestic service.
