§ 1511.1. Effects of 2004 Solvency Legislation. The Employment Security Advisory Board shall hold public hearings on the progress toward meeting the Trust Fund solvency projections made in accordance with this amendatory Act of the 93d General Assembly. The hearings shall also consider issues related to benefit eligibility, benefit levels, employer contributions, and future trust fund solvency goals. The Board shall, in accordance with its operating resolutions, approve and report findings from the hearings to the Illinois General Assembly by April 1, 2007. A copy of the findings shall be available to the public on the Department's website.
