§ 55. Acts and actions unaffected by transfer. This Act does not affect any act done, ratified, or canceled, or any right occurring or established, before July 1, 2012 in connection with the Illinois Onsite Safety and Health Consultation Program (the OSHA Program). This Act does not affect any action or proceeding had or commenced before July 1, 2012 in an administrative, civil, or criminal cause regarding the Illinois Onsite Safety and Health Consultation Program (the OSHA Program), but any such action or proceeding may be defended, prosecuted, or continued by the Department of Labor.
