Illinois Statutes Chapter 820. Employment § 227/45. Agency officers; penalties

§ 45. Agency officers; penalties. Every officer of the Department of Labor is, for any offense, subject to the same penalty or penalties, civil or criminal, as are prescribed by existing law for the same offense by any officer whose powers or duties are transferred under this Act.
