§ 15. Representation on boards or other entities. When any provision of an Executive Order or Act provides for the membership of the Director of Commerce and Economic Opportunity on any council, commission, board, or other entity relating to the Illinois Onsite Safety and Health Consultation Program (the OSHA Program), the Director of Labor, or his or her designee, shall serve in that place. If more than one such person is required by law to serve on any council, commission, board, or other entity, an equivalent number of the representatives of the Department of Labor shall so serve.
